Meet Ann Marie Peters, PhD, MBA
I bring a multifaceted perspective shaped by a dynamic career across sectors. I’ve worked in corporate America, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges and pace of high-performing organizations. I launched and grew Interview Savvy from the ground up, a successful Chicago-based company focused on career strategy and development. I’ve also held senior leadership roles in nonprofit organizations and higher education, where I led teams, drove strategy, and built programs with lasting impact. These experiences inform my work today—blending strategic thinking, practical execution, and a deep understanding of human and organizational dynamics.
With over 30 years of leadership experience and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, I founded AMP Consulting to help leaders think clearly, act strategically, and lead authentically
